Under constant attack by both hackers and EMP, as can be seen at page bottom the poet’s device refused to upload this recording even though full Network connectivity was present. A full device restart was necessary to restore normal function. Even afterward, the device is still presenting frozen screens and anomalous behaviors. Just for instance, the image at page top belongs at its bottom, where it was before the straightforward copy and paste which brought this post here.

The Future We Will See

I want
Everybody smiling
Not just me
And not just you
Not just him
Or them
Or they

I want
Everybody smiling
Not a little
So to say
Just a part
Of any
Day

I want
Everybody smiling
Wake up smiling,
Smiling keep
Day’s appointments,
Smiling
Sleep

I want
Everybody smiling
Nor do I see
Why it can’t be
Our
Everyday
Reality

I see lots of
Dedication
To misery
In our relation
Causing
One another
Harm

If we were
To make it ‘cool’
Every single
Eejit fool
Would suddenly
Find self
To be

More generous
More calm and kind,
More inclined
To blame be blind,
A better man
Than
He began

That’s how
Incrementally
We can all come
To smiling be —
You know this
Intui-
Tively

I want
Everybody smiling
Choose to jump
To that timeline
Where everybody’s
Doing
Fine

And if
Enough will jump with me
Then will it
Inevitably
Become the future
We will
See
