Alternately ~ you can just catch the fleeting little hidden smile just as your eyebrows are going up over that completely, if subtly, insulting thing they just said.

I get off on angry women
Yes, my mama made it so
It’s the most successful turn on
That I’ve managed yet to know

Since I carry this big monkey
And I do not courage know
To live it publicly, I cannot
To a dominatrix go

Or seek out someone who might be
My own true counterpart —
Mellow partner by the day
Bedroom cruelty an art —

Since myself I cannot accept
Nor of public scorn be rid
Developed me a method
By which to keep it hid

I smile and I accommodate
I nod and I agree
In preparation for the moment
That I prick your vanity

Not caring how messed up
That moment makes your peaceful day
I sit right back and get
My secretive nut anyway!
