Invested in your sorrow
Addicted to your pain
Anxiety about tomorrow —
Making not a bit of gain

Do you wish to heaven know?
You have only to let go
Release the drama, thus and so —
It’s natural for us to grow

Toward the light of happiness
Serenity and gratitude:
To self, here, now, with heaven bless
Need only change self’s attitude
