at one time
we were sure
it was empty illusion

to think we might
speak quietly in japan
and be heard in england

only crackpots told us
we’d ever fly through the sky

land on the moon

ask our watches
anything in the world
and get an answer…

galactic
brothers and sisters

teleport

create with our minds

communicate telepathically…

what kind of whacko
would believe any of that?
