What Shall I See?

What shall I see
Inwardly
And in so doing
Bring to be?…

Honesty,
Diversity,
Act’ual
Authenticity?

Good regard
For one another
Sometime lover
Sometime brother

Unaffected,
Same arranged,
Whether or not
Something’s changed

Offering
In family
Reliable
Security

Balanced on
Since ‘twas begun
Not what seems lost
But what’s seen won

Building on
That caring base
Whatever form
Might be the case

In the Universal flow
Which our higher feelings know
Is the unconditional
One in which it’s best to go

Acknowledging
Present elation,
Dropping future
Expectation —

Opposite of
Feelings fearful,
Offerings
Conditional,

Contracting
Anxiety
Around perceived
Territory —

Trusting in
The divine play
In the ancient
Sacred way

Acknowledging
The sov’reign power
Of each soul
Each and every hour

Knowing that
What comes to us,
Relaxing needy
Anger thus,

Is, no doubt,
Superior
To what we’d thought
We might prefer

Basic trust
When we’re speaking,
Into no one’s
Heads a-sneaking,

Genuine
Attempts to help
Bring back not
A psychic yelp

But relaxed
Be-attitude
Of respectful
Gratitude?

Where every member’s
Unique gift
Gives everybody else
A lift?

By small error
Not put out
Giving benefit
Of doubt

Naturally,
Reflexively? ~
That, cocreatively,
Is what I’d surely choose to see
