Network Recruitment

Make ’em think they’re operators
Make ’em think they’re ‘street’
Make ’em think they’re perpetrators
That just can’t be beat!

Laughing at them all the while
All day, all month, all week
‘Cause all that we are looking at
Is a deluded geek!

After that, there’s not too much
In their fall remaining
We assign them to a round
Of even funnier “training”

For pennies’ worth of heavily stomped
Bad “designer” drugs
We turn them all into so many
Funny keystone thugs!

Thinking they’re not obvious
Thinking they are shady
We send them all off to harass
An innocent old lady!

Telling them that this is what
It means to be a “patriot”
(We don’t have to worry
That they’ll give it too much thought)

They’re into being the star
Their little crime drama of
Reenacting movie scenes
They particularly love

Providing endless amusement
For the likes of us
Who know we’re nothing even close
To that ridiculous! (?)
