Once a poet has begun
Communication to apply
To any problem, everyone
Is benefitted those words by

For ’tis th’ eternal hallmark
Of lyric poetry
Assist us to the higher truth
Of any situation see

Reminding us, amid the noise
And bustle of the throng
That there indeed exist such
Simple truths as right and wrong
