Right of Opinion
I have the right to an opinion
As long as I don’t force it on anyone
Talking a bummer and wearing a frown
For no other reason than bring folks down —
As long as I do not do any of those,
If it’s a perspective I rat’ionally chose
Finds itself at odds with some one of your own
Won’t mean with you I disillusioned have grown
It just means you see different parts of the picture
(We all need to lose condemnation’s tight stricture)
I only sit quietly and write it down
Not to make you or anyone frown
Don’t get in your hair, don’t fly in your face
Only correctly one opinion place
If you desire it, you may walk away —
But don’t say I ought to have nothing to say
