There is Enough

Neighborhood apple tree
What a hassle
All that fruit on the ground

Bought too much food
Went bad
Had to throw it out

Such an embarrassment
Leaving the restaurant
With a to-go box ~

People might think
We really need those leftovers
What an idea!

Food harvested
All over our world:
One third goes to waste

‘Only’ one quarter
Of our people
Are hungry

What
Is wrong
With this picture?
