What Do You Review?

When the time for meditative
Relaxation comes to you ~
As you think your life upon,
What do you review?

Is’t images of injustice
And anger over strife?
Count on it ~ such will multiply
In your daily life

Or, otherwise, upon sweet scenes
Of love and beauty do you dwell?
Then will reality begin
To see you bright and well

E’en in the midst of enmity
An isle of calm for self be won
By choosing what of it to see
And what to think upon
