(It cannot be denied that there is a large and moneyed ~ and profoundly unamerican ~ contingent here who would love to see the homeless demographic declared irresponsible, and encamped.

We Are Driven to This Conjecture

There’s only one reason
I can think me of ~ can you?
Why law enforcement looks aside
From all the things this person do

Infrastructure damage
Over the top, and over that
Crimes not just by one or two
But clouds of poison released at

Well frequented buildings
And centers of energy;
Every store in town having
Trouble with its dairy;

One thousand displaced shopping carts
In six months ~ blame it on the homeless;
Sudden rise in sudden fires
Blame it on the homeless;

Boxes in the roadways
Garbage skirts they bless
Tortured dogs car windows in
Blame it on the homeless

There’s only one reason left
His predations do not stem
I wish it weren’t so obvious:
He must be working for them
