See us in America? Look over here!
We keep our innocent poets in fear

We like loud motors, like a criminal,
Of blatant hypocrisy totally full

High lyric verses with rhyme and good sense?
We’d rather have chaos, crime and violence

And if a woman comes to us for aid
We make sure instead that that woman is made

The miserable butt of all our suspicion ~
Probably all she is saying is fiction

There isn’t a monster hov’ring tonight
Just outside her van, every couplet she write

If the truth be told, actually,
We were all hoping conveniently

He’ll eliminate expediently
Her blurring of conven’ient category

Refuses to be the parasite
To despise which we delight

And insists on contribution
When we would prefer confusion,

Truth when we expected lies ~
We want someone to despise

We don’t want to deal with her
Whom our preconceptions blur

Yes, it would be just sublime ~
We’ll give him a bit more time!
