Journey to Happiness

Every thought may be a blessing
Every action graceful be
Every single step be made in
Gratitude for mobility

Every vision that we see
Would inspire us to be kind
If we had but spent a single
Week of our existence blind

Every birdsong lift the heart
Every melody enjoy
Appreciative feeling
For good hearing may employ

Every time we use two hands
Thankful we have even one:
